For Canada Post Shipping: We offer free shipping for purchases over $150 shipping within Ontario, excluding to Remote Postal Codes listed below and excluding oversized and overweight items. We offer $16.95 flat rate shipping within Ontario, excluding to Remote Postal Codes listed below and excluding oversized and overweight items. If additional shipping charges apply to your order, you will be contacted directly and sent an invoice for approval before your items ship. Shipping charges for out of Province will be sent to you in a separate invoice after we have received your order. We will contact you for approval before sending out the shipment if it exceeds the $16.95 fee collected.

For Local Neighbourhood Deliveries: There is a $15 delivery charge for purchases within Ottawa. You will be notified by email when your items are out for delivery. Deliveries are done within 3 business days of placing your order, exuding weekends and holidays. Please contact us by phone at 613-738-8697 or in-store 1500 Bank St Ottawa, Ontario for any special requests.
Local Neighbourhood Deliveries will NOT be done from Dec 23 - Jan 3. If you are shopping last minute for the holidays, please choose Curbside Pick-up.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store, Tag Along Toys 1500 Bank St Ottawa South. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. However, most orders are ready for pick-up within 30 minutes to an hour of placing your order. During busy weekends and holidays, if your order requires gift wrapping, it may take a little longer to get your order ready. We will send you an email when your order is ready to pick-up. We will do our best to accommodate if you need it by a certain time, but please call us to let us know you're in a rush.
In-store pickup hours are posted on our Contact Us page. You will be asked for your full name when you come.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We can only provide shipping to P.O. Boxes if Canada Post delivers to your address. If Canada Post will not deliver, we will have to cancel your order.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
